"If Fellini, Dali, and Captain Kangaroo got together in their teens and ate peyote, this is the album they would have recorded." - Les Claypool as quoted on the Beanpole bandcamp
Derek was a co-founder (along with Thomas Muer and Geoff Marx) of Air King Sound. Air King Sound is primarily Thomas Muer's musical project. Not sure which releases include Derek's work.
Derek is also featured on the following releases: Monkey Rhythm's This Must Be The Place,
Madame Blavatsky Overdrive's Idiot Jones Will Have His Day, and
Derek is credited with Bastardos guitars on Primus' "Sailing The Seas of Cheese"
Derek is credited with recording the track "Tell Me Why" (at Steiner House) for Torcher's 1995 album "The Beautiful Sounds Of". Michael Urbano also plays drums on on this album.
Derek is credited with engineering/producing the track "C'mon" by the band Stimmies as featured on their single "'Chester / C'mon" (1992) and their album "Pet" (1994). Per discogs.com, the single says the track was recorded "Somewhere in Oakland" and the album says it was recorded at "Spent Poets studio".

All tracks were officially released on All My Kin in 2018.
Known musicians: Derek Greenberg, Adam Gates, Les Claypool, and Larry LaLonde.
Known musicians: Derek Greenberg, Adam Gates, Les Claypool (drums on "Chicken Boy"), and Larry LaLonde (chicken-clucking guitar on "Chicken Boy", sax and lead guitar on "Children In The Garden", banjo on "His Name Is Beanpole", banjo and sax on "Sponge Boy").
Nine of the tracks ("Chicken Boy", "Children in the Garden", "Cousins", "Embryo", "Farmer Loved an Onion", "Grandma", "His Name is Beanpole", "Judge Wapner", and "Pumpkin Pickin' Time") saw official release on All My Kin in 2018.
Nine of the remaining tracks ("All My Kin", "Babyhead", "Bring Back Card Walker", "DoughNET", "Integrated Circuit Child Part 1", "Merchant Tech", "Mr. Duck", "Mr. Lincoln", and "Where is Fred?") resurfaced on the Beanpole SoundCloud page in 2018. But "Babyhead" is not complete.
The final four of the remaining tracks have not officially resurfaced online: "Attack of the Gingerbread Man", "Beanpole and Led Zeppelin", "Beanpole and The Go-Go's", and "Hillbilly Grizzly Hoedown".
"Integrated Circuit Child" (2014) lyrically appears to be a sequel - is it the unrecorded Part 2 that Derek has mentioned?
"Derek was, and is, a musical genius. Over the last five years he's recorded over 200 remarkable songs that he quietly puts online. No one hears them. No one knows. He doesn't care." - Adam Gates interview with Dangerous Minds
